Offering services that include Dog daycare, Dog Boarding and basic Grooming - we are singularly focused on delivering the highest level of pet care service to Toronto's pet owners. With our 10,000 square foot private dog park, boarding and daycare facility becoming more and more popular, we're looking to add new team members to help us grow. With our fun-loving and team-based approach to client service, we feel passionate that all team members contribute to the success of Paws Playgrounds.

**Qualifications / Personal Skills required**
- A real passion and understanding of dogs and animal care.
- Professional Experience with Dog Handling (Must Include Experience with Large Groups).
- The ability to take initiative and work in a cohesive team.
- Be a great communicator.
- Problem-solving skills, mature, responsible, punctual, and reliable.
- Independent worker/thinker
- Post Secondary Education.
- Fully Proficient in the English Language.
- Basic grooming knowledge - Nail trimming, Ear cleaning, Bathing would be an asset.

**Main Duties**
- Supervising and caring for the dogs within our pack.
- Maintaining the cleanliness standard of the daycare.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Preparing meals and feeding dogs.
- Calmly and confidently correct dog behaviour inside of the pack.
- Keeping track of dog’s medications and administering them when needed.
- Basic administrative duties.
- Bathing dogs or performing simple grooming duties.

**Available shifts**

Monday - Friday: 8 hour shifts

Saturday - Sunday: 8 hour shifts
- Job Types: Part-time
- Starting Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. (Negotiable depending on experience)
