**Job Title: Club Administrator**
**Organization: Scrosoppi Football Club**
Scrosoppi Football Club, a high-performance, community-focused, competitive youth soccer organization, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at our youth soccer club. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of our club, with a primary focus on club administration and player registration. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate records will be essential in ensuring the efficient functioning of our club.
**Responsibilities**
Reporting to and working with club Executive Director, you will be required to:
- Handle all administrative tasks related to club operations, including but not limited to correspondence, filing, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Manage the player registration process from start to finish, ensuring accurate data entry, documentation, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all leagues’ Operational Rules, Regulations and timelines
(District and League 1 Ontario)
- Assist in organizing club events, tournaments, and fundraisers, including coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and providing on-site support as needed.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure validity and accuracy of permits and facility schedules
- Communicate with parents, coaches, and other stakeholders to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve administrative issues promptly and professionally.
- Create and maintain player databases, rosters, and other club-related documents.
- Collaborate with the coaching staff and other club personnel to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Register all players and officials in OSCAR.
- Support the financial operations of the club by processing payments, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
**Qualifications**
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a sports or youth organization setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Familiarity with club operations and player registration processes is highly desirable. Experience with and knowledge of OSCAR, Power Up and E2E an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required during peak periods and club events.
- Passion for youth soccer and a genuine interest in supporting the growth and development of young athletes.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
