The Group IT & Platform Assistant will shadow our Head of IT; learning the sites, locations, and infrastructure of H.R. Owen.
**The type of person we are looking for**:
- You will have experience in networking (including Router, firewall, and switch management).
- You will be able to take ownership of your role, with strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems.
- You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to adapt your style to multiple audiences.
- You will have experience in Windows Server administration, and in server & hardware installation and maintenance.
- You will be proficient with Office 365 administration.
- You will have experience in Microsoft exchange server administration.
