When you join our team as a **Labour**, you will support the mill to run smoothly by ensuring everything has a place and that the yard, sawmill, and planer are clean.

**What You'll Do**
- Work in a safe and efficient manner while following all safety rules and regulations.
- Perform clean-ups of the yard, sawmill, and planer.
- Do any other related tasks.

**What You Offer**
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. consistently and ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for full shifts.
- Availability to workday and/or night shifts 8, 10 or 12 hours.
- Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced production environment.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work independently.
- Be able to take initiative.
