Allteck is seeking a Dispatch Administrator to join our team on Vancouver Island.

**Role**:
The Dispatch Administrator provides support to the Traffic Manager in various aspects pertaining to operations of the traffic control department. This includes permit requisitions, traffic control plan design, field level support for traffic control operations such as attending incidents, performing inspections, and training. Additional responsibilities will include general office administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily dispatch of traffic control personnel
- Trouble call and storm dispatching
- Ensuring job requirements are met based on traffic control plans
- Coordination of equipment rentals and deliveries
- Daily coordination with foreman ensuring job requirements are addressed
- Assistance with permit requisition
- General administrative duties

**Education, Training and Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of Dispatching experience
- Additional traffic control industry experience, management experience, Salesforce experience and Rapid Plan (Invarion Launcher) experience are considered an asset

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong focus with professional external and internal staff relations
- Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent and efficient detail-oriented data entry skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, both verbal and written
- Able to represent our company in a professional manner
