**We are looking for experienced baristas with strong customer service, work ethic, and drive to join the team at our flagship Vancouver location.**

**As a member of our team, you will be trained on our pastry, coffee, and food program in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and will have room to grow within the company.**

Compensation plus above industry average tips, and training with our Coffee Trainer.

- **Punctual and reliable**

**Our goal is to provide an open environment where people can thrive, collaborate, and push boundaries in all aspects of our business. We pride ourselves in having staff stick around the for long haul, not only to grow, but to develop deeply rooted relationships with our staff and guests.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.75-$17.25 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
- Restaurant: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
