We are looking for a Warehouse & Shipping & Receiving Coordinator who will oversee the Shipping and Receiving function and assist with warehouse duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform shipping and receiving duties.
- Support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
- Ordering supplies or company (U-line, FedEx Ups, Purolator)
- Maintaining Warehouse cleanliness
- Conducts material changes to the FDM systems
- Responsible for all Quality Assurance
- Intermediate technical knowledge of FDM, HP and parts finishing
- Responsible to make arrangements for pick-up by the carrier specified on the customers purchase order which is conveyed to the shipping clerk by final inspection via the shipping instructions.
- Must report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times.
- Required to forward a requisition for shipping materials to the Department Supervisor for approval.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety
- Manage paperwork for inbound/outbound loads
- Work with logistics team to manage inbound/outbound shipments, schedules, and due dates
- Prepare receiving labels for incoming goods
- Keep warehouse/plant organized and clean
- Leverage the Asana supplier database for contact information for future reference.
- Notify Management if products received are not labelled properly or are damaged.
- Assist with trade shows packing
- Operate forklift and reach truck safely
- Other tasks as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years previous shipping & receiving and warehouse experience
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong communication and Problem-solving skills
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Team player
- Forklift Experience is required
- Ability to work safely
- Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs
