**Position Overview**:As a Residential Cleaner, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive and hygienic living space for our clients. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our clients' homes, while embodying the values of honesty, reliability, fun, and compassion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas of homes.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and other living spaces to the highest standards.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and within the specified timeframes.
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies with care, maintaining their cleanliness and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and reliability in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Approach each cleaning task with a positive and fun attitude, making the cleaning experience enjoyable for clients.
- Provide assistance to clients when needed, going the extra mile to make their living spaces comfortable and inviting.
- Uphold our commitment to creating a clean and safe environment that promotes the well-being of our clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous residential cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Compassionate and willing to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and bending.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
