**Waste Connections of Canada** is looking for a **Roll Off Truck Driver** to join the **Coquitlam** Team, who shares our number one core value - Safety. As a Roll Off Truck Driver, you are responsible for waste and recycling collection services for various businesses. You will ensure that waste and recycling is safely transported and disposed of at designated recycling facilities or landfills. We put our drivers first and we work together by listening, removing barriers, and by providing ongoing coaching and support. Waste Connections of Canada is a leading non-hazardous solid waste management in North America. We are looking for a SAFETY inclined, energetic, autonomous, and proactive team players who are capable of making a difference in his/her team and community.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure safe operation of a standard transmission truck, while driving, loading, and unloading
- Drive to customer location for pickup, and position truck safely to ensure a safe lift.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service.
- Pre/Post-trip inspection.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3 years commercial driving roll off experience
- Class 3 Driver’s License with an air-brake endorsement.
- Excellent spatial skills to position vehicles and bins effectively and drive accident free.
- Good knowledge of Winnipeg and the surrounding area.
- Physically able to climb in and out of the truck to unlock/lock bins (or roll recycling containers) and to clean out truck after dumping contents.
