**Role**:I.T. Help Desk Technician
**About us**:
**Opportunity**:
We are looking for an I.T. Support Technician to assist in our tier one help desk support center. Previous help desk experience in some capacity is required. We will not look at any resumes that do not have any help desk or PC administration prior experience.
Daily duties include:
- Tier 1 & 2 help desk support for I.T. related issues (primary role)
- Windows desktop and domains, but some Mac users
- Internet and VoIP telephone troubleshooting
- Hardware support
- Onsite installations and support
**Mandatory requirements**:
- Ability to work under your own supervision to complete tasks
- Microsoft Windows desktop and server experience a MUST
- Internet and Network troubleshooting experience (TCP/IP V4, etc)
- Ability to work on client premises when required
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Asterisk/Freepbx experience and asset
- Centos knowledge preferred but not mandatory
- Office 365 management
