Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious baked goods, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items
- Follow recipes and ensure accurate measurements of ingredients
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper temperature and timing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Package baked goods for display or take-out orders
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Customer service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 28 per week
