Alpine Aerotech is currently seeking a highly motivated Paint Prepper to join our rapidly expanding team in Abbotsford.
**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PAINT PREPPER**
- Prepare aircraft surfaces for required refinishing including using sandpaper, fillers and other tools to create a smooth surface for painting;
- Ensure proper adhesion of paint by removing dirt, debris, and imperfections from the surfaces;
- Work alongside the painting team to ensure efficient workflow, maintain quality control and high-quality work;
- Fulfill additional duties as required; and
- Uphold an unwavering standard of excellence that impeccably represents the Alpine Aerotech brand.
**OUR MUST HAVES**
- Collision Repair and Refinishing Diploma considered an asset;
- 1-2 years of related experience within the aviation or the automotive industry considered an asset;
- Valid driver's license;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to generate high quality deliverables;
- Strong time management skills and self-motivation;
- Robust interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and professional maturity with demonstrated ability to effectively interact and build professional relationships;
- Awareness of the sensitivity of information received and appropriate handling; and
- Know what it means to work smarter, not harder.
**TOTAL REWARDS PACKAGE**

The range for this role is $22.00 to $25.00.
