Job description

**CAR WASH SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIRED**

We are adding a service technician to cover our territory in Calgary. You will be responsible for responding to service calls in the area, maintaining equipment, keeping related records and submitting paperwork to head office on a job basis. All work is performed on site so a valid driver's license is mandatory. This position is primarily Monday to Friday with a rotating on call schedule.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Maintain and repair heating and air equipment
- Installation, trouble shoot, diagnose and repair Car Wash equipment
- Coordinate with office for daily calls.
- Debrief service call with dispatch after each service call.
- Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion.
- Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.
- Maintain a professional image always.
- Following safety policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.
- Maintain a service parts inventory provided to you
- Complete required safety documents and work orders at each service call.
- Submit all completed work orders and safety documents daily
- Maintain all relevant safety training

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic understanding of plumbing, piping, pressure, temperature, electrical, wiring, voltage requirements, identification, components etc. and air compressors,
- Strong Mechanical aptitude
- Complete understanding of hand and power tools
- Minimum Class 5 driver's license

Wage - negotiable and dependent on experience - benefits and insurance after 3 months

Education
- preference given to trades with 3 or more year's-experience.

**Salary**: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
