**Job Description**:

SSR Mining - Seabee Gold Operation is hiring for a Relief Casual Cook 2.

About Your New Role:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Camp Operations, the Relief Casual Cook 2, will have comprehensive knowledge of working in a professional kitchen. A commitment to the safe production of quality food and actively contributing to the team to complete tasks and meet department goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Nightshift breakfast and sandwich production when required.- Proper storage and use of leftover food.- Proper use and cleaning of all equipment.- Contributing to the overall general kitchen cleanliness.- Good understanding of recipes/temperature logs.- Follow workload/production schedules.- Good knowledge of expiration dates/food rotation.- Ensure that meals and snacks are ready on time.- Utilize clear bin waste control.- Determining grocery requirements.

Your Knowledge and Skills:
- Computer literacy.- Good time management.- Demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, and presentation required.- Knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe food handling required.- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.- Must demonstrate strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.- Proactive attitude towards safety is essential.

Your Education and Experience:
- 5 years professional kitchen experience.- Completed Grade 12 or equivalent.- Line or banquet cooking experience will be considered an asset.- Be in possession of an up-to-date Food Safe Level 1 Certificate and WHMIS Certificate.- Previous related experience working in remote, fly in / fly out camp site would be an asset.

About Our Working Conditions:
This position has a schedule of two (2) weeks on, two (2) weeks off at our remote camp in northern Saskatchewan, working 11-hour days with possibility of unscheduled overtime required on occasion. You will be required to fly in fly out of the site on designated days from a pick-up point in either Saskatoon, Prince Albert or La Ronge.
