**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operate Nitrogen Membrane Systems**:
- Start, stop, and monitor nitrogen membrane systems to ensure continuous and efficient nitrogen production.
- Adjust and control process parameters to optimize nitrogen output and quality.
- **Maintain Equipment**:
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on nitrogen membrane equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- **Quality Control**:
- Monitor and analyze nitrogen purity levels to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Safety Compliance**:
- Adhere to and promote safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in safety training programs and contribute to the development of a safety-conscious culture.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of nitrogen production, equipment maintenance, and quality control measures.
- Prepare reports detailing operational performance and any incidents, as required.
- **Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless integration of nitrogen production with overall facility operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance staff.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience operating and maintaining nitrogen membrane systems or similar gas separation processes.
- Strong understanding of nitrogen purity standards and quality control procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
- Willingness to work in a variety of environmental conditions.

**Salary**: $16.02-$34.24 per hour
