**Career opportunity**

The **Order Processing Clerk **ensures a high level of service to internal customers through handling all related duties of the office from preparing work for Order Processing, logging and monitoring reports, printing and matching code tapes and emblems to tickets, and other related reports. Also includes phone and E-mail correspondence with Market Centers.

**What you’ll do;**
- Use ordering systems to verify, log, and track daily order transmissions.
- Attention to detail in preparing daily work instructions, backorders and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Print Code Tape and assemble daily work tickets with code tapes and emblems, following schedules.
- Match daily emblem deliveries to tickets; return extra emblems to market centers
- Production reporting activities
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

**We are looking for individuals who are**:

- Computer experience to include Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Oracle or other ERP software experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent attendance and performance
