**What Will You Do?**
- Fax Prior Notice info to Customs broker and check Prior Notice website confirmation.
- Check inbound PARS in system and outbound PAPS.
- Prepare ACI as well as ACE manifests and fax prior notice as required.
- Provide quality customer service to Erb Drivers.
- Communicate appointment changes and any relevant dispatch information during shift change over
- Assist in taking dispatch calls from customers and drivers.
- Assist drivers at U.S. dispatch window.
- Monitor customer shipments and contact customers and/or drivers when problems occur, i.e. time delays, no paperwork, OS&D’s etc.
- Complete EFS cash advances and cheques.
- Arrange loads home for out of terminal drivers
- Liaise with other operating locations to maximize equipment efficiency and utilization
- Receive Reefer check on loads and reference all temperatures on the reefer check with the temperatures in system. Verify and report differences.
- Answer inquiries during shift, i.e, drivers, dock staff, shop staff etc
- Assist drivers with breakdowns and communicate breakdown information with shop staff
- Must have knowledge of all international boards
- All other duties as assigned

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Minimum grade 12 or equivalent education required
- Must be an independent worker with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Must be punctual and have good attendance
- Excellent people skills are essential.
- Ability to be part of a dispatch team to ensure smooth flow of communication, direction, computer updates and paper flow.
- U.S. geography and knowledge of shipping and border documents preferred
- Must be highly organized with a strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment.
