Immigration Client Intake Specialist

Altec Global Inc. is a professional immigration consulting and legal services based in Toronto, Canada. We are looking for a Client Intake Specialist to join our team.

**Job Duties**:

- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case and background based on the firm's SOP
- Identify client's needs and describe services that the firm offer
- Collecting prospect's contact information and their background and record to CRM system
- Set appointments for potential clients that meet the criteria with the firm's consultants
- Sending retainer agreements and followup with prospects and address their concern
- Work with marketing department to collaborate on sales and parnership strategies to increase client intake's rate
- Perform clerical tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an immigration client intake specialist 1-2 years
- Good understanding of client relationship management
- Well-organized
- Good knowledge of immigration programs
- Language: Fluent in both English AND Mandarin Chinese; French, Cantonese or any other languages or dialects fluency highly appropriated.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
