Canpotex has an exciting opportunity to grow your career as temporary **Manager, Accounting (Terminals) (24-13)** at our Saskatoon office. This position is temporary and expected to last for approximately 18 to 24 months.

**The opportunity**
- Responsible for the supervision of direct reports, fosters and develops effective working relationships and high performance between team members.
- Ensure terminal costs, internal policies and controls are reported in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Conduct accounting for terminals such as cash flow management, accounts payable, journal entries and monthly cost reporting.
- Maintains and prepares the budgets and reporting variances throughout the year as needed.
- Prepare yearend financial statements and supporting documentation for the external audit process.

**You have**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum five to seven years’ experience in a financial position
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
- A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.

- A team player with excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to maintain effective working relationships and high performance with staff, management, executives, shareholders and external auditors.
- Strong and consistent communication skills to provide feedback, coaching, mentoring and motivation for employees.
- Excellent leadership and the ability to communicate and work well in a team environment.
