Framer/carpenter

Perspective Design Build Ltd. is looking for a full-time, experienced, career-oriented framer to join our team to help with our busy build schedule. We pride ourselves on quality and efficiency. We are a small company with a great crew.
What we are looking for from you:
A valid BC drivers license and reliable transportation, career minded and in good physical condition. A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for the trade. You are punctual and organized with good communication skills. You are a team player and put the client first. You have respect for the craft, the tools and the methods.
A smart phone with data for timesheets and pictures
We ask for proficiency in the following:
Experience in all facets of residential home construction, site prep to finishing. Able to read and interpret drawings and construction documentation, able to work effectively with your peers.
Compensation is dependent on skills and experience.
