**1 ‑ Temporary Full Time ‑ Project Coordinator, CVS Expansion**

Reporting to the Director, Capital & Facility Services, the Project Coordinator, CVS Expansion leads the efficient

project management and coordination of a large‑scale expansion project from planning through execution; tracks and

manages project documentation; monitors progress of work; and, develops working relationships and synergy with all

stakeholders, including all departments and service areas (clinical and non‑clinical), architects, engineers,

contractors, vendors, government agencies and others.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:

- Degree or diploma in engineering and three to five years of related construction project experience
- Experience in project management of complex, large‑scale commercial or institutional projects is preferred

Skills/Abilities:

- Competent in Ontario building regulations including OBC and OFC, as well other pertinent standards and

regulations such as TSSA and CSA
- Understanding of facility design, engineering, procurement, and construction processes
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
- Exceptional project management, contract administration, and time management skills
- Strong communication, problem solving, organizational, planning, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work and prioritize to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team of diverse leaders and stakeholders
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, project management/scheduling software)

Assets:

- Experience with Ministry of Health or other Ministry capital projects
- Relevant experience in the public sector
- Professional project management designation

Salary Range: $37.049 to 43.587
