**Role: MDM Business Analyst**

**Location: Toronto, Canada**

**Duration: Fulltime**

With a global responsibility, the MDM Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing the business requirements, writing functional specifications, and coordinating the design, testing and roll-out phases. S/he will also assist the migration and interfaces activities in preparing the upcoming MDM releases. S/he will be responsible for defining the data quality KPIs with Business and organize governance around them. The role expects key interactions with MDM Lead Business Analyst, Project Managers, Application Managers, Business teams and MDM Application Integrators.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong experience in Meta data management
- Create data catalogs, dictionaries, master data hierarchies
- Focus around master data in corporate finance - maintaining Hierarchies - Product, Account etc.
- Critical thinking skillet - ability to take information from different areas and determine a strategy
- Provide input to the development of MDM data collection templates
- Manage relationships with cross functional partners to ensure clear understanding of organizational requirements that are then managed in concert with MDM
- Develop and maintain relationships with business and IS resources to improve data management processes
- Serve as a business contact for material master related topics while identifying solutions to business challenges
- Identify opportunities to gain efficiencies, automate, and improve data quality
- Full review for each request from the business to ensure accurate data changes
- Work with the Data Governance Office to enforce global policies, standards, and processes

**Skills**
- Excellent analytical and organization skills (variety of activities in a fast-paced environment)
- Understanding of data, Integration and systems architecture in a heterogeneous IT environment
- Experience in Data Management & referential data
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative and remote environment
- Service & results oriented
- Fluent English, solid oral and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and autonomous
- Understanding of corporate finance master data

**Experience**
- Around 10 years
- Preferably in corporate finance

Pay: Up to $100.00 per year
