_**Join us as a Project Quality Manager**_

We are looking for a new team member to fill the position of **Project** **Quality Manager.**In this position, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, maintaining, and ensuring the effective operation of the Quality Management System and the Quality Management Plan for large and complex industrial projects

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Developing, implementing, maintaining, and ensuring the effective operation of the Quality Management System and the Quality Management Plan.
- Developing quality inspection documents such as ITPs and checksheets (structural and mechanical) and ensuring these are completed and signed off by all parties on time.
- Monitoring and inspecting subcontractors' scopes and ensuring quality requirements are being met and ensuring these are completed and signed off by all parties on time.
- Preparing NCR reports for self perform and subcontractor scopes, confirming rectification and closeout
- Ensure all completion and turnover documents are correctly completed and submitted on time.
- Ensuring that all required quality audits are conducted, and audit reports are completed and presented.
- Ensuring that relevant records are maintained and retained by the Quality Management System and industry best practices.
- Preparing quality audit programs and scheduling and coordinating internal and external audits of key processes with the design-builder, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Preparing and submitting monthly Quality Management System Reports to the Owner.
- Ensuring a regular cadence for reporting to management on the performance of the Quality Management System and Plan.
- Taking necessary actions to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and the Quality Management Plan.
- Liaising with the Owner and acting as NorLand’s primary representative on all matters relating to quality management.
- Immediately stop any work or activity that is not being carried out in accordance with the contract and the Quality Management Plan.
- Coordinating all matters and issues relating to the compliance of the Quality Management System.
- Developing and implementing a program for preventive actions and corrective actions in respect of potential and real nonconformities.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in Quality management function, preferably in an industrial construction or engineering environment.
- Experience welding and working under CWB and relevant structural codes
- Experience managing quality on multi disciplinary project
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and demonstrated ability to **successfully**interface with project teams, subcontractors, joint venture partners, and customer representatives.
- Self-directed, results-oriented, and highly motivated, requiring mínimal direct guidance
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, problem-solve, and work under pressure of deadlines
- Proficient computer skills, including use of MS Office products
