Overview:
Join our team as a Flight Instructor and be part of a dynamic aviation training environment. We are looking for individuals passionate about aviation and teaching to join our flight school.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct flight training sessions for students at various skill levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans to ensure effective learning
- Provide pre-flight and post-flight briefings to students
- Demonstrate proper operation of aircraft systems and procedures
- Supervise and evaluate student progress during training flights
- Maintain accurate records of student training and progress

Qualifications:

- Hold a valid Canadian Commercial Pilots License
- Hold a valid Flight Instructor Rating
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills to manage student schedules and progress
- Experience supervising or mentoring others is beneficial
- Proficiency in math for flight calculations
- Mechanical knowledge for aircraft maintenance understanding is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week
