**_Job Overview:_**

**Responsibilities**:
Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the nightclub

Leads through fostering a respectful, supportive environment for staff and patrons

Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff

Supervising nightly cash outs and inventory counts

Managing beverage inventory and sales

Developing positive relationships with suppliers

Producing creative promotions, booking entertainment and special events

Handling customer complaints, escalating to / informing owner as appropriate

Ensuring health and safety standards are met

Maintaining club cleanliness

Maintaining the company's website

N**ecessary Skills & Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years previous nightclub, restaurant, or hotel management experience

Strong knowledge of the industry, including bar costs and labor systems

Proficient with computer systems such as POS & Microsoft Office

Strong hands-on management style and leadership skills

Strong work ethic and time-oriented mindset

High proficiency in multi-tasking, organization and written and oral communication skills

High energy, outgoing personality with high tolerance for high volume levels

Comfortable working late nights and be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Availability to work 44 hours per week; more when required

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, stand for long periods of time

Reliable transportation

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
