At Form & Function, we are dedicated to the advancement of healthcare as well as shaping the healthcare professionals of the future. We have developed an extensive volunteer internship program where we combine thorough research habits, case-based learning objectives, hands-on therapeutic learning as well as essential presentation skills.
This internship program is a commitment of 6 months with a minimum of 10 clinic hours a week. If you are serious about your future in healthcare, please send your resume to this ad. There is a competitive presentation at the end of the internship where a $200 bursary will be given out to the winner. Our recent graduates of the internship program have received admissions to the following programs:
- University of Toronto Physiotherapy program
- Queens University Physiotherapy Program
- Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College
- Sheridan Athletic Therapy Program
- York University Athletic Therapy Program
- New York Chiropractic College

**Salary**: $1.00-$200.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
all patients and staff wear masks, all common surfaces are cleaned regularly and all patients have their temperature checked on arrival.
