**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of earthwork construction crews to ensure project goals are met.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with other team members
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the civil construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards in construction.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team leadership and development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Understands project blueprints and locate maps
**Assets**
- Driver's license and clean driving record to drive company vehicles
- Experience with equipment such as excavators, graders, gravel trucks etc.
- Underground utility installation, snow clearing, demolition experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
