**About Brilliant Brothers Services**:
We are BC’s highest-rated and most trusted exterior cleaning company We specialize in moss removal, pressure washing, building washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning. We are a fun, extremely fast-growing company that specializes in working with commercial building managers and residential property owners in the Greater Victoria Area. Our company has chosen to take a different approach to the industry by focusing on our employees in addition to the overall customer experience. We have built a quality team of passionate individuals who share the drive to provide an amazing experience for our customers.

Brilliant Brothers Services has been in Victoria for 5 years, with two owners at the helm. Our crews are rapidly expanding, which has lent itself to fast job development and promotion opportunities for our team members. **Brilliant Pay**:
We want high achievers on our team, that's why we have implemented an industry-leading Pay-for-performance system that lets hard workers remove the pay cap from this job. We offer a base rate of $25.00 hr with experienced techs and Leads making between $30-50$hr.
