Manager - Finance Application Operations

**What is the opportunity?**

**What will you do?**
- Responsible for three to five team members
- Ensuring accuracy, validity and completeness of all documentation necessary to meet organizational, industry, and governmental regulatory requirements.
- Fostering open communication and information sharing within the organization to ensure that managers are knowledgeable of documentation-related responsibilities, goals, initiatives and their established deadlines.
- Partnering and interacting with internal and external auditors and customers to ensure comprehension and compliance of policies, procedures, processes and related documents.
- Responsible for the ongoing management and administration of Finance Systems (e.g. EPM, TLM, PeopleSoft, Finance DataMart) including scheduling, data validations, incident investigation and resolution, governance and knowledge management

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must have**:

- Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Business Technical/Professional Qualifications
- Knowledge of Cognos TM1 (EPM) tools an asset
- Management/leadership experience with a strong understanding of operations and finance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adept in working with large volumes of data in an Excel environment
