Spray Painter

At EFCO, we help those responsible for the construction of the world's concrete structures with a safe, reliable, and cost-efficient concrete formwork solution. We do this by engineering, designing, manufacturing, supplying and field servicing forming and shoring products for concrete construction.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Quality painting of products and equipment in accordance to Corp. Guidelines.
- Maintain pressures and temperatures on the paint system.
- Thin paints as needed.
- Check paint viscosity.
- Change 55 gallon paint drums as needed.
- Run towveyor in a safe efficient manner.
- Record labor on work order and time accurately.
- Complete quality audit process in accordance with EFCO guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment.
- Clean and maintain work area daily.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance of all painting related equipment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision.
- Operate and maintain spray paint guns.
- Log levels & track usage
- Adhere to all company safety and environmental policies, procedures, preferred work methods, and actively participate in safety training and initiatives

- Paint guns (air assisted airless)
- Paint hoses
- Cleaning solvent buckets
- Small brushes to clean spray tip
- Siphon feed spray gun
- Air assisted spray gun
- Masking materials
- Portable paint pumps
- Solvent resistant gloves
- Airless spray gun (Form-GARD)
- Various wrenches
- Electric sander
- Sandpaper
- Material handling equipment
- Face shield/eye goggles

**Education & Skill Requirements**:
High School diploma or equivalent.
