**Duties**:
Construction:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare and install concrete, masonry, or fiberglass panels, bricks, tiles, or similar construction materials according to plans and specifications.
- Assemble components of a structure using hand tools or power tools.
- Use hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble components of a structure.
- Assemble and install interior exterior walls or exterior exterior walls using hand tools or power tools.
- Use power tools to drill holes, cut edges, and assemble panels or bricks using a saw; hammer nails with nail guns.
- Use power tools to cut metal with a saw; weld metal with heat press machines; fabricate frames with machines to make doors, windows, frames for walls.
- Load materials onto trucks for delivery to jobsite.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or project manager.

Qualifications:

- Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications - ability to follow written instructions in written English language is a must
- Ability to work in team environment - ability to work as part of a team - ability to work on projects as needed is a must

**Skills**:

- Must have good manual dexterity (handing materials, operating machinery)
- Must have good vision (controlling distance) and good hearing (permitting others speaking English)

- construction: 1 year (preferred)
