**Job description**

Required training: Working at heights certificate, whims, and 4 steps.

Apprentice expectations: include cutting, passing, assisting with layout, ordering materials, inventory, safety checklists and conducting weekly toolbox talks an generally assisting in the daily routines of construction, apprentices whenever possible will be paired up with someone who can not only delegate tasks but can coach, teach and mentor ,positive behavior, work ethics, and quality of work to assist in growth of the apprentice.
