Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals in need. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those requiring support in various settings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and ensure a clean and safe environment
- Prepare and serve meals while considering dietary restrictions and preferences
- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical appointments
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care

Qualifications:

- Experience or interest in patient care, home care, caregiving, assisted living, or senior care
- Ability to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting and physical exertion
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with nursing home environments and protocols
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards individuals requiring care
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized living space for clients

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)

**Location**:

- Regina, SK S4P 1Y9 (preferred)
