Construction Management Coordinator

**What you will do**:
This position holds accountability for managing the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects throughout a project life cycle involving coordination, organization, and collaboration with project stakeholders to streamline various aspects of project management. You will also be responsible for the warranty and closeout process, report on updates to management to support the project team in the execution of multi-unit building construction projects.
- Facilitate communication between project managers, trades on site and design.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Attend monthly management meetings and record minutes for reporting.
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards by maintaining thorough documentation.
- Assist in managing subcontractor relationships and monitor their performance to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Track project expenses and maintain accurate records for budget monitoring.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and budgets.

**Your experience & abilities**
- Construction Management or related construction discipline or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Experience organizing data and reporting.
- Proactive self-starter.
- Possess strong communication, decision making, and conflict resolution skills to represent the company in a professional manner with a focus on finding resolutions to issues or problems.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Solid computer literacy and good documentation and tracking skills.
- Uses transparency, flexibility, and creative problem solving when collaborating with team members.
- Ability to interpret electrical, architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as in a team environment.
- Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced, and collaborative environment while maintaining focus on successful completion of project milestones.
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
