**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Pull, pack and ship wholesale and retail orders as part of the order fulfillment team.
- Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary. Update customer information as needed.
- Check inventory systems to determine the availability of requested merchandise.
- Notify Operations team when supplies of specific items or a specific product are low in stock, or when orders would deplete available supplies and/or products.
- Process customer payments and record in accordance with company procedures.
- Clean, restock and organize the warehouse.
- Receive, unload, count and shelve incoming shipments.
- Put out garbage and recycling at the warehouse.
- Adhere to Health and Safety requirements.
- Adhere to Pokoloko policies and procedures.

**EXPECTATIONS**
- Will arrive for their scheduled shift on time and stay for the duration of the shift.
- Will work with an attitude of ‘how can I help’
- Will complete required tasks in a timely and efficient manner ensuring adherence to Pokoloko policies and procedures
- Work with the Operations team to ensure effective and clear communication

**EXPERIENCE & ASSETS**
- Need to be physically able to stand, work and move around a warehouse for the duration of your shift, and move boxes up to 50 pounds
- Warehouse and operations experience an asset but not required

**HOW TO APPLY**

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
