We’re looking for a Trainee PSV Technician to join the Score Group team based in Edmonton.

**About the role**

This role is Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day with overtime when required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate of the Mechanical Engineering program to use their skills and further their experience working in our Edmonton facility as well as assisting during turnarounds at various site locations.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Strip, assess, inspect and assemble all types of valves including PSV’s, Ball, Globe, Gate, Choke, Check, Butterfly, Control etc in both workshop and site based environments
- Strip, assess, inspect and assemble all types of valve operators
- Carry out pressure tests to various industry specifications
- Work safely and adhere to Company safety systems, standards or any other requirements from customers or their sites
- Ensuring all relevant workshop equipment and tooling are maintained regularly and all records kept up to date

**Qualifications**
- Technical qualification in a mechanical discipline is preferred
- Full drivers’ license is essential
