Our team at Airways Truck Rentals is seeking a well-rounded, qualified individual to join our dynamic team environment. The home office for this position will be in the **Nisku, AB** Airways Truck Rentals location. To be successful in this position, you will need to be highly organized, detailed and experienced in Accounting roles.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparing bank entries and reconciliation
- Preparing GST declaration and claim
- Help with monthly and annual closing
- Help in preparing weekly reports
- Payroll and payroll-related reports and filing
- All and any other accounting or payroll related tasks

**Accounts Payable**
- Perform day to day management of all payment cycle activities and provides efficient client service
- Track, process and reconcile payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices and statements
- Ensure accurate approval process, sorting, coding and matching of invoices with the supporting documents
- Work with various departments to ensure all work is completed efficiently
- Respond to vendor inquiries

**Administration**
- Data entry
- Other administrative support where necessary as required
