**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damages
- Follow team lead, instructions to determine the color and type of paint required
- Ensure that all painting work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working on-site

**Skills**:

- Experience with commercial and industrial painting projects
- Proficiency in using various painting techniques and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and address their needs
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting
- Familiarity with rigging techniques for painting hard-to-reach areas

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week
