We have an immediate opening for a Regional Collector. This position could be based out of Trenton, Kingston or Ottawa. These locations are constantly busy, quickly growing facilities that operate with a goal-oriented and customer-driven team. Our administrative positions are an integral part of these operations. The Regional Collector is a vital position in developing and maintaining the relationships required to grow our business.

**Key Qualifications**
- Model the way for safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviors in support of Battlefield’s Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives;
- Ensure the smooth transition of information between our managerial staff and our customers;
- Closely monitor all aspects of the region's receivables;
- Work with staff to assess and maintain customer relationships with respect to receivables;
- Problem solve, and create and maintain customer-and business-centric solutions;
- Organization and process fulfillment.

**Additional Qualifications**
- Proficient in problem solving and customer-and business-centric solutions;
- Skilled in organization and process fulfillment;
- The ability to work effectively within a fast paced, high volume, busy office environment;
- Capable of setting priorities to meet firm deadlines, strong time management skills;
- The desire to promote a positive, effective, efficient, and team-centric atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude and amenable level of customer service within potentially stressful situations.
- Prior experience in customer service, with a strong background in credit and collections;
- Knowledge of basic accounting, and the ability to reconcile accounts;
- Proficiency/prior experience with Systematics would be considered an asset;
- Familiarity with the construction and/or equipment industry would be considered an asset;
- Post-Secondary Education preferred;
- Strong negotiation, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with a clearly defined sense of urgency;
- Ability to effectively adapt and prioritize in a high pressure, fast-paced, deadline driven environment;
- Self-directed, independent and a team player with strong initiative.
