Transportation Coordinator

Job Location**:Woodstock, New Brunswick**

**Quality Transportation** is looking for a highly motivated **Transportation Co-ordinator** to support our operations and sales team with the daily scheduling & planning of our fleet of trucks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and planning of loads for our owner-operators and company drivers
- Communicating shipment details with customers
- Assist with US border crossing requirements
- Be able to develop strong relationships with our owner-operators and company drivers
- Work closely with operations and sales to ensure the efficient flow of information

**Qualifications**:

- A proven record of success in prior roles
- Prior experience in transportation industry considered an asset
- Familiarity with operational software and Microsoft Office
