Our **Private Client Services** **Group** is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Associate with **wills, trusts, taxation, and estate planning and administration **experience to join our Toronto office.

Miller Thomson’s Private Client Services Group is one of the largest and most prominent in Canada, specializing in the day-to-day and long-term planning needs of many of Canada’s most successful private family enterprises and individuals. We provide a complete range of services with respect to estate planning, personal and corporate tax, business succession planning, trusts, estate administration, trust and estate litigation and incapacity and elder law. We are a team-oriented and collegial group with a strong belief in mentorship, training, and providing opportunities for lawyers at all levels.
- A minimum of 4 years' of experience
- Relevant tax experience or an interest in learning relevant tax law
- A license to practice law in Ontario
- Proven client management skills
- Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills, along with attention to detail
- An entrepreneurial spirit and keen interest in building client relationships
