With Sales and Support Offices in Canada, the United States, the UK, India, and Poland, we are a growing company looking for an energetic and motivated Assembler Worker at our Burlington Office. Having manufactured, sold, installed, and supported more than 10,500 CNC machines, “AAG” is a leading global CNC Router manufacturer and CNC Knife system.
**Overview**:
The Assembler Worker is responsible for cutting all of the parts that get delivered for assembly. The cut shop operator should cope with short deadlines and maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Loads the program as per schedule.
- Manipulates the files according to the work order demand.
- Sets up the machine.
- Runs the machine.
- Unloads the machine.
- Files or hand the deburring tool.
- Grinds wheel.
- Looks at the work orders.
- Sends the parts to the area specified (paint, options, machining UMC, cage, electrical).
- Cleans the machines daily
- Checks and maintains pumps.
- Other tasks according to the machines’ manuals.
- Updates the time work on the tablet.
- Cleans and organizes the workplace.
- Organizes the tools.
**Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required**:

- Ability to take the initiative.
- Punctual.
- 2 years of a college education.
- 2 years of specialized experience in a manufacturing environment and machining.
- Power tools.
- Tooling.
- Computer Skills.
