Bar TT Cowhorse is seeking an individual to assist our very talented horse trainer. Prior experience with horses is required but riding is not. You must be comfortable haltering and leading and willing to learn the rest.

**Requirements**:
**Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.**
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

**Responsibilities**:
Clean stalls, distribute feed, provide medications or check injury. Halter horses at pasture, lead to barn, brush, braid and prepare for work, tack up, untack, bathe and return to pasture or stall.

If you have experience and/or skills you may also socialize young horses, do ground work with yearlings, longe horses for exercise and even ride.

Housing is available - a bedroom in our home, shared meals

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience + benefits

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 weeks
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
