This is a Hybrid position w/ a flexible work schedule. Must be able to commute to the Vancouver office.

**About the Marking Coordinator Role**:
Aquatic Informatics is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for working cross-functionally across marketing to support the execution of programs and campaigns across events and digital channels. They will drive the operational pulse of the Marketing team by providing tactical support and project orchestration across a broad range of initiatives.

**What Will I Be Doing?**
- Own the implementation of the social media strategy by working closely with the Campaigns Specialist to define associated content calendar, messaging, and regular engagement on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to improve impressions and conversions.
- Collaborate with the Event Specialist to support the execution of events such as conferences and tradeshows, user conferences, and product launch events by working cross-functionally between Sales and Marketing.
- Support the digital advertising strategy across paid search, display, and third-party vendors by coordinating messaging templates, design assets, and offers for implementation.
- Coordinate the completion of written and design assets between internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are maintained while achieving the highest quality of work.
- Contribute to the website experience by building and managing website content, SEO, backlinking, and cross-promotion for a continuous and seamless user experience.
- Put forward new ideas for campaigns, process improvements, and ways to optimize existing campaigns.

**What Are the Qualifications?**
- Post-secondary degree or certificate in Marketing Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
- Experience managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously with a proven track-record of maintaining timelines
- Experience managing a social media presence and improving conversions
- Experience using Microsoft Office, WordPress, Hootsuite, and Canva
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as perfect grammar and command of the English language
- Self-starter and comfortable working independently, balancing priorities, and working with some level of ambiguity

**What Makes Me Stand Out?**
- Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
- Experience marketing to Government agencies
- Experience contributing to or creating an editorial content calendar
- Have a love for writing for marketing communications
- Experience with task management tools (e.g. Wrike)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. SalesForce & Marketo)
- Experience with data and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
