As the Photo Editor, you are responsible for assisting the e-commerce department with photo editing for off-model, on-model and other related photography.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the technical coordination of e-commerce initiatives by editing off-model and on-model photography and adhering to editing standards
- Ensure the required graphical/technical requirements are in place for photos with proper image optimization and image naming conventions
- Provide suggestions and research industry trends to continuously improve and optimize e-commerce sales and initiatives
- Assist in other related duties or tasks as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 1+ year of experience in graphic design or a similar capacity
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Lightroom
- Experience working in the fashion and/or retail industry is an asset
- Experience optimizing images for web and photo-editing
- Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
- Proven ability to work with a cross-functional team and collaborate
- Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Positive attitude with great enthusiasm
