The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for 41 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Jr. Service Advisor to join the team at Okotoks Ford Lincoln

**Work Days**:Saturdays only

**Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Greet incoming customers and generate work orders as per repair order.
- Ascertain method of payment from Customer.
- Check vehicle for applicable warranty.
- Follow proper paper procedure for service department.
- Answer phones and give information as required.
- Contact Customers and resolve complaints as required.
- Liaise with service personnel for daily shop carry over.
- Notify Customer when vehicle is ready.
- Review invoices with Customer at time of pickup.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Valid AB driver’s license and a clean & current driver’s abstract
- PBS Systems familiarity is an asset
