New Hope Hearing is a privately owned hearing clinic that recommends a variety of hearing aid manufacturers. Our beautiful office is conveniently located just off the 401 in Cambridge. We have recently upgraded to state-of-the-art testing and verification equipment and clinic management software. You’ll join our existing team which includes 2 part time clinicians and our very friendly office manager who can assist you with all administration and 3rd party billing. New Hope is a laid-back work environment that is successful because we focus on patient care and satisfaction over numbers and spreadsheets. **Qualifications**
- Hearing Instrument Specialist Diploma or Masters in Audiology from an AHIP or CASLPO approved institution in Canada
- Member in good standing with AHIP or CASLPO
- Registered Authorizer with ADP
- Cerumen Management Certification
- Access to a vehicle, or having your own, for outreach and remote appointments.

**Skills**
- Demonstrate audiology expertise, including hearing assessment techniques, recommendations and treatments.
- Have experience fitting and programming various hearing aid models and technologies.
- Exhibit proficiency in cerumen management and understanding when further medical consultation is needed.
- Proven strong communication and patient relationship-building skills in managing hearing loss.
- Employ organizational skills in managing patient records, inventory, and clinic operations.
- Display commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on audiology and hearing aid technology advancements.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities in tackling complex patient cases and providing solutions.
- Show dedication to professional growth and knowledge of industry best practices.
- Handle third-party dealings with ADP, VAC, WSIB, and ODSP for hearing aid reimbursement processes.
- Display knowledge of software systems like Clinic Management Software, Microsoft Office, NOAH, and hearing aid manufacturer's fitting software.

**Benefits**
- **Rewarding compensation**: Salary ranging from $55,000 to $80,000, determined by your education and experience.

- **Professional development**: You will be given paid registration and accommodation along with time off to participate in your annual AHIP/CAA conference. Also encouraged to attend manufactures product training.
