Lead Carpenter

Eastman Plumbing's Renovation Division is growing rapidly and we are seeking another seasoned Carpenter to join our team

We are looking for a hard working individual that is willing to work both independently and in a team setting.

The Eastman Plumbing Renovation Division tackles any number of projects including custom kitchen and bathrooms among other related projects. We perform high quality work and pride ourselves on being there when clients need us. We need your help so we can keep the business flowing smoothly

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Providing complete renovation services (mainly kitchen and bathroom) from rough to finish carpentry
- Trim work
- Tiling
- Drywall
- Painting
- Cabinetry installation
- Custom cabinet making
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Capabilities:

- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Carpentry license is an asset
- Background check required
- Minimum 5 years experience in the carpentry/renovation industry; Team lead experience an asset
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
- Proficient in using both power tools and manual equipment

Compensation and Benefits:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
