**THE POSITION**
- You have previous supervisory/leadership experience, managing the process and logistics of repairs and replacement of small parts and or equipment
- You enjoy the process of fixing, repairing, replacing, troubleshooting, or diagnosing small parts equipment
- You understand the need to follow efficient processes, utilizing the strength of bench tech team members to manage the flow of work that generates overall productivity and revenue
- You enjoy working in the business, jumping in to provide back up support and administration in any role to meet the needs of the customers
- You are comfortable supervising the work to the overall objectives of the business, you utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track the volumes of repairs, warranty tracking, reconciliations, and open work orders
- You enjoy collaborating with others, working together with Service Managers & Sales Managers to support growth initiatives through existing programs or cold calling
- You understand the need to be an effective communicator in a professional and respectful manner while building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
- You are a natural leader who has supervised a team in the past, supporting, and coaching others to meet and exceed performance and quality standards
- You are comfortable with technology and have previous experience in extracting data/metrics from databases as well as intermediate Excel skills
- Your favourite words are parts, small parts, equipment, technician, supervisor, customer service, diagnose and problem solve.

**Qualifications**

**THE QUALIFICATIONS**

You have completed a post-secondary education in a related discipline, with two to three years supervisory/leadership experience. You have previously worked in a service department, understanding your customers are both internal and external. You have high attention to detail with strong organizational skills, functioning well within a high volume, customer centric environment. You are an intermediate user of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Teams.
