**Job summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and engage potential clients, including dental practices, dental schools, and healthcare providers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for dental professionals.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and address pain points.
- Cold Calling, Prospecting, Collaborative work with Sales Representatives.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Offer after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for technical and product inquiries.
- **Product Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Stay current with dental technologies, trends, and industry developments.
- Educate clients on the benefits, features, and proper use of dental equipment and technology.
- Train customers and support staff on product usage as needed.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market insights for management.
- Monitor market competition and identify opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Healthcare, or related field.
- Background in dental, healthcare, or technical sales is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years in dental equipment, medical device, or technology sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of dental industry practices and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.
- **Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events.
